Ho’oponopono is about restoring your Light because we are all connected. That means you are always impacting EVERYONE around you just by your thinking, feeling, speaking, by your every action.

Ho’oponopono is a simple process of letting go of any toxic energies within you and allowing a new space for the healing power of your true divine thoughts, feelings, words and actions. In essence, it is getting to a state of ZERO.

How do you get to Zero State? The 4 mantras or prayers used in the ho’oponopono healing tradition erase programming in the subconscious mind, allowing for inspiration from Divinity to come through.

“Problems are memories replaying in the subconscious. Problems have nothing to do with anyone or any place or any situation. When you experience memories, replaying problems, you have choice. You can stay engaged to them or you can petition Divinity to free them up through transmutation, thus restoring your mind to its original state of zero, of void…of being memory free. When you are going through something difficult, ask yourself: “What is going on in me that this came up to confront me through him/her? How can I be 100% responsible?” The answer is: by sending your energy up to the Divine and repeating: “I’m sorry; Please forgive me; I love you; Thank you.”

Angels and light beings surround the Ho’oponopono Healing Silk image; this geometric image was designed while in complete alignment with Ho’oponopono’s state of Inspiration. “So I am to clean 24 hours per day, 7 days per week? This is tedious work!” No. At least you don't have to do so consciously, although Dr. Hew Len says that if only you knew how your cleansing benefits the rest of the world, you would never tire. It only becomes tedious when you are waiting for a result or carry an expectation. After attending the Ho'oponopono seminar in Maui last December I was moved by the beauty and simplicity of Ho'oponopono!

The cleaning, clearing words of Ho'oponopono; I love you, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, are now part of my Acu-Power Emotional Treatment for individuals who have emotional baggage that is keeping them from living the life they want to live.

After determining the original time in their lives which has caused them pain on a conscious and or subconscious level, in addition to having the individual tap on specific acupuncture points to balance energies and eliminate the unwanted emotion, I have them repeat the clearing words of Ho'oponopono. This makes the healing process move much faster.

I also find the Healing Silk patterns, which are derived from sacred geometry and fractals have a healing energy that enhances the power of the cleaning, clearing words of Ho'oponopono.
